Hi, I’m Sarah Wynne.
I’m MD of Wynne & Co, a Chartered Accountants in Carmarthenshire, and proud winner of the 2024 Finance Awards Wales Accountant of the Year (fingers crossed for 2025 ).
My day-to-day involves wrangling numbers, doing tax planning, business development, and helping ambitious clients grow their businesses. Think of me as a strategic partner who loves a good brainstorming session (with ADHD-fueled creativity as my not-so-secret weapon).
When I’m not knee-deep in spreadsheets, I’m juggling life as a mum, navigating chronic kidney disease, depression, anxiety, and all the fun bits of being neurodivergent.
I speak up about these challenges because I believe in breaking down the barriers that keep so many people from achieving their full potential – myself included!
Why am I doing this anyway?
I’m on a mission to shift how the world sees neurodivergence.
If I can change one person’s perspective – maybe convince an employer to hire that genius who just happens to have ADHD, or encourage someone struggling with anxiety to ask for the help they need – then I call that a win.
Of course, I’d love to do it more efficiently than one person at a time, but every conversation counts.
So join me on this journey! Together, we can knock down outdated assumptions and build a world where being different isn’t a drawback, but a game-changing advantage.

Why Every ADHDer should get themselves a ND ying to their yang 26th September 2022 Kaya walked into my office for an interview for a position as office administrator for Wynne and Co. I’ll never forget the moment I laid eyes on her, she had a black dress on with white spots or splodges, long…

Rest and Release Retreat – and ADHD!
Check out this photo – that’s not a picture in the background – it’s the actual view! You’d think as a fairly hyper adhder that a well being retreat in the Portuguese wilderness an hour from the nearest town might be my worst nightmare. I was the recipient of many a raised eye brow when…
